Here are a couple of chairs that heal a pretty good amount of MP every 10 seconds.
Golden Seal (Henesy’s Gach) heals 60MP
Miwok Chairs heal 65MP

If you need Dark Crystal Ores for your advancement quest below are a list of monsters that drop them. The monsters with the best drop rate for the Dark Crystal Ore are bolded (I may be wrong, but I think these are the best ones to try to go after).

Certificate of the Dragon Squad is obtained by completing a quest which requires you to get a certificate from Papulatus, Pianus and Zakum and completing Horntail PQ (not actually fighting) for 3 marks. It is used to skip the Horntail PQ to bring you in the room to sign up and fight Horntail.
