Talk to Maria to begin this quest, she’s located in A Split Road. She’ll want you to talk with Lucas, who’s located in Amherst to complete the quest. Use the world map and travel to Amherst to talk with Lucas. Your reward will be 5 expereince and a color of your choice of a headband or skullcap. Lucas will also give you the quest “Please Deliver A Letter To Lucas”.

Go back to Victoria, and go to Pet Park in Henesys. Make sure you’ve bought the Water Of Life from the Cash Shop. Talk the guy in the bottom left hand screen and go to Ellinia. On the bottom of the right in the map there should be a flower which you can press Up on to reveal a hidden map. Talk to the fairy again, then go back to the guy in Pet Park. Answer his 5 questions to get the Life Scroll and go back to the fairy in Ellinia. She’ll then revive your pet.

Getting to Omega Sector can be quite a hard task if you’ve never been there before. Here are the steps to getting to Omega Sector fast, and even a way to get there quickly.
Go to Ludibrium and go to EOS Tower. Keep going down until the first floor. There should be a portal to Omega Sector on the bottom of the first floor.
Or you can do the quest on floor 92 and get a teleport scroll to get to Omega Sector faster.
Here’s an awesome video I found on Youtube which shows a great spot to level up in. The reason this spot is so good to get experience fast is because there’s so many monsters that spawn in a group, which are easy to kill and you get about 150 experience for each. Level 55-60 Training Spots
The Mastery Books are used for the 4th job skills. When you get a skill at the 4th job and say the max level for it is 10, you will need to use a Mastery Book to increase its level. So if you end up using a Level 20 Mastery Book and it succeeds, that means that the skill that had a max level of 10 now has a max level of 20, which means you can increase that skill now to level 20, instead of 10.
Note that sometimes the Mastery Books can fail, there are 2 types, one with a 50% chance to succeed and another with a 70% chance to succeed. If it fails, you can just get another book and try again.
You may enter Horntail’s Cave of Life twice every 24 hours, it is the same as Zakum. However, the transformation quest is available every hour.
Some people are wondering if Haste is casted on your character in Maplestory if your casting speed will also increase, the simple and short answer is that no, your casting speed will stay the same. Haste only affects your walking speed and nothing else.
Mano is the weakest boss in Maplestory, he will usually just cast a spell over and over again, and is very easy to kill. Mano is found at “Victoria Road: Thicket Around the Beach III” near Lith Harbor. His respawn rate is usually 30-45 minutes, but a lot of people usually are looking for him so he could be a bit hard to find. Mano usually drops a number of different scrolls which can usually be sold for quite a bit of mesos for newbies.
